stay young breakfast

for a week i've been eating according to the voedselzandloper principles and advice. (there's only a dutch version. here's the drawing). 
this is my breakfast for today.

oatmeal sweetened with stevia, kiwi, fresh orange juice, water and rooibos tea.

bike!

at work we have this amazing bike-plan. it's a tax advantage. yay for that. 

here's the bike i picked:
a wonderful bike by azor. a small dutch company that make good quality bikes for good prices.

my favorite at the moment

i do not like reading.
i hardly every finish a book. for some reason they bore me after a while.
this book was different. i received it wednesday evening and finished it this morning. 

it kept me interested.
i am motivated to not go on a diet but just eat healthy to live longer. it's not a 'you have to' book.
it's just suggestions, an advice that is given based on real research. 
now i want to make a list for groceries.
